Previously Saved Prescriptions & Mirror Portraits
My prescription details are no longer in my account. What do I do?
Don't panic. We still have all your previous order details on our system here at glasses2you.
During the order process, you can simply tick a box on the new prescription entry page to tell us to use the same prescription you used on your last order.
Alternatively, you can email, live chat or phone us to discuss your previous order and prescription details.
If you have a new prescription, there are several choices within the order process to make it really easy for you to supply us with it.
My mirror photo is no longer in my account. What do I do?
Because we have a new mirror, your old account photo is no longer compatible so you'll need to load a new one.
Face recognition technology makes the new mirror ultra easy to use.
Simply take a selfie or use a head and shoulders shot you already have saved to your PC and upload it to the mirror. That's it!. Something like the photo below is ideal. See virtual mirror instructions.
As soon as you upload your photo to the mirror, glasses will automatically sit correctly on your face.
TOP TIP. Just save your portrait style photo to your computer desktop for future visits.
