Ordering Varifocal Glasses:

Hi there,

We have now made it even easier for you to order your varifocals from us!

Make your selection from our varifocal section using your prescription details and pay for your glasses using HSBC's secure e-payments system. Remember, you can try your glasses on before you buy either by using our state of the art 'Virtual mirror', or by using our 'Trial at Home' service.

Once you have purchased there are just a couple of things that we require in order to proceed with your order and ensure that we get you fitted accurately for varifocals using our state of the art software.

Please provide us with the following:

1. Email or post to us a good quality photograph of yourself wearing your current glasses as shown in the example below

Please ensure that you:

a) are looking directly at the camera lens

b) your head is roughly level

c) that you can see both of your ears equally on both sides

d) the photo you send is at least double the size of the example to the left. The bigger the better!

2. Measure and provide us with the overall width in millimetres of the glasses you are wearing in the photo

Measure the overall width of your glasses in mm

Tips for measuring:

With the arms folded in, look at your glasses from the front and establish where they are widest when looked at head on
Open the arms of your glasses
Lay a ruler flat across the top of them
Now measure the width at the widest part you established earlier
Write the measurement down in mm.
