Our policy is simple!
In the unlikely event that you do not like the fantastic glasses that you order from us, we will exchange them for a more suitable pair from our high quality budget busting range of frames.
Whether it's because you don't like the style, or the colour, they don't fit, or you're simply not happy for any other reason, simply return them and we'll make sure you're happy!
Please see the steps below for returning any glasses.
- Please let us know by email within 7 days that you would like to return them for a for a replacement frame
- Please enclose your packing note with the glasses stating your preference. Please ensure that we receive the glasses within 14 days of your receipt of the glasses
- All we ask if choosing a more expensive replacement is that you enclose a payment for the difference in costs of the frames
- Returns must be in their original condition and must be returned with the quality case and cloth that we include with all purchases
- As we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post we do recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your post office
