Should you not be sure that a frame you are interested in will suit you, we offer a try before you buy service. You can order a frame for trial at home and only pay £2.50 to cover the post and packaging. This also includes the costs of returning your trial frames by way of pre-paid return packaging which is sent along with your goods.

We request that you return the frames after 3 days of receipt so as to ensure that we receive them back within 7 days of you receiving your trial to avoid us charging your credit card with the full price of each frame as listed on our web site.

(This offer does not currently apply to our designer range). This amount is non-refundable once the order is placed.

Once you have selected the pair that suit you most, simply return the trial frames back to us along with the enclosed order form and your cheque OR fill out the form and fax it to us on 02380 454161 and send your cheque back with the trial frames, OR simply order your chosen pair online and pay using your Credit or Debit card through our Secure Payment Process.

*Please note: Due to stock levels and the popularity of this service, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your trial frame in the colour requested. If this is the case, once you have tried them on for size at home, use our Virtual mirror to try on the colour you want as illustrated below.
